Here are useful tips for navigating leg.colorado.gov.The Watch & Listen link, located at the top right of the website's header row, has links to the Colorado Channel and live and archived legislative audio. The Now Playing/Upcoming Events link at the top shows all streaming audio and video at a given time.The Display Board features the same floor and committee bill tracking information shown on screens inside the Capitol, with links to audio for each live proceeding.Each introduced bill has its own page on the GA website under the Bills tab. Each bill page includes the bill's status and links to the bill versions, fiscal notes, amendments adopted, committee summaries, votes, and more.Register under Public Testimony to testify in a committee, either in-person or remotely, or to provide written testimony. Registration opens when the bill is scheduled for a committee hearing. It closes for remote testimony when the bill hearing begins and closes for in-person testimony when the bill hearing ends.Each legislator has their own page under the Legislator tab that includes their contact information, committee assignments, and bills sponsored. For the map of legislator districts, use the Find My Legislator tool.Each legislative agency has its own site: House of Representatives, Senate, Joint Budget Committee Staff, Legislative Council Staff, Office of Legislative Legal Services, and Office of the State Auditor. Select the relevant agency from the Agencies tab to be directed to their agency sites.To locate memoranda, reports, and other documents published by the legislative service agencies, click the Publications tab and select Search Publications. Or visit the agency specific page for publications:● House of Representatives session publications;● Senate session publications;● Joint Budget Committee budget briefings and hearing documents,● Legislative Council Staff memoranda and issue briefs,● Office of Legislative Legal Services publications, and● Office of the State Auditor audits and tax evaluations.Each committee of reference has its own page with information on committee membership, meeting days and times, staff contacts, and committee schedule, as well as relevant documents. Access these by clicking the Committees tab on the navigation bar.The Committees tab dropdown also has a page called Committee Information where the House and Senate Committee schedules and rosters are located, as are the House and Senate bill routing sheets, and information on SMART Act hearings and Sunset Reviews.Colorado laws are also available on the General Assembly website, as are House and Senate rules.The Capitol is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. LCS Visitor Services staff provides free guided Capitol tours available on the hour from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tours are limited to 30 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
